
Aily began clerking for The Law Office of James M. Blucker in 2020 while still in law school. As a certified law clerk, Aily gained valuable litigation and transactional experience under Attorney James Blucker while appearing on several law and motion, trial, and appellate matters. Since passing the bar exam and being a licensed attorney, Aily has further honed her trial advocacy skills and specializes in all aspects of litigation/lawsuits that involve all types of contract disputes, landlord-tenant issues, unlawful detainer/eviction matters, and other general real estate matters. Aily also assists with transactional real estate matters and estate planning that involves the creation of trusts, wills, power of attorney, advanced health care directives, and all types of deed creation for real property matters.
Aily is fluent in Chinese and assists many international real estate developers/investors, real estate agents, and property owners with their property investments. Aily routinely facilitates and bridges the gap to bring clarity to all clients regarding their legal rights and remedies for any legal matter.
Aily graduated from the University of La Verne College of Law with a Juris Doctorate and earned several academic achievements. Aily was awarded a CALI Award for the highest grade earned in California Practice: Criminal Law & Procedure, Introduction to Legal Skills II, and Sales. In addition, Aily made the Dean's List for several semesters. As one of the few Chinese female real estate, and estate planning attorneys in the Inland Empire, Aily strives to provide the utmost zealous representation for both our international and domestic clients.
