Brad has worked for The Law Office of James M. Blucker since its inception in 2016. As a provisionally licensed lawyer, Brad specializes in litigation/lawsuits that involve landlord-tenant, unlawful detainer/eviction, contracts, and general real estate matters. Brad also specializes in transactional estate planning that involves the creation of trusts, wills, power of attorney, advanced health care directives, and all types of deed creation for real property matters. Brad has helped thousands of property owners, real estate investors, developers, and others resolve their real estate disputes.

Brad graduated from the University of La Verne College of Law with a Juris Doctorate and earned many accolades relating to his strong academic performance and community service. At graduation, Brad earned the Deans Award – awarded to one law graduate of the entire graduating class for a law student who had been outstanding in leadership, scholarship, and community service. After graduation, Brad created an academic scholarship at the University of La Verne College of Law in memory of a law school classmate that passed away while they attended law school together. The Christopher Mendez Legacy Scholarship benefits an active law student who seeks to pursue a legal career in immigration law.

Brad earned Dean's List awards for several semesters and a CALI Award for the highest grade earned in California Real Estate Practice. Brad also received the Ann Rahm Endowed Scholarship – given to a law student who demonstrated outstanding potential as a litigator. Throughout law school and afterward, Brad continued to give back to the public by participating in legal workshops that benefit the community and has participated in pro-bono clinics at the University of La Verne College of Law relating to the post-conviction expungement process, assisting members of the public to put their criminal convictions behind them, thus allowing a fresh start.

Blucker handles all types of property disputes, breach of contract, real property partition, quiet title, specific performance, lis pendens, issues with adjoining neighbors (boundaries, easements, trees), breach of fiduciary duty, real estate and business fraud, residential and commercial landlord/tenant disputes and other lawsuits.
